Robin has represented corporations and individuals in the areas of employment, business, commercial, intellectual property, products liability and personal injury law. At Kastner | Kim LLP she specializes in defending and prosecuting business and employment disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and wage/hour violations. In addition, Robin offers strategic advice and counseling to employers on matters involving personnel policies, leaves, accommodations, wage/hour issues, investigations, and California and federal employment laws. She also negotiates employment related transactions including executive compensation, change in control, employment and severance agreements. Robin has litigated a broad range of matters in state and federal court, through trial.
Prior to the formation of Kastner | Kim LLP, Robin was associated with Kastner | Banchero LLP. Robin previously worked as a litigator for Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley representing corporations in employment, business, commercial, personal injury and product liability disputes.
